Level editor


Mentioned before was the fact that the levels can not be edited in the engine editor (Unity). So an in game level editor is a necessity for me if I want to create levels for the game.

Some progress has been made, the control scheme is identickle to photoshop, so if you're familiar with photoshop's hotkeys then editing a level is a breeze.


The tools available are the selection tool, pencil and eraser, as well as the bucket and the props menu. The move tool is practically useless just like in photoshop, but its there regardless. This level editor will have a "pause" menu that allows you save, load and play levels. However the ability to add these levels to the world map is not possible once the game is compiled and built.
